What to include

• Calculation errors: the tool you used, the grades/credits you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. We fix confirmed formula errors quickly.
• Missing scales or systems: if your school or state uses a grading system our tools don't handle, tell us how it works (a handbook link is perfect).
• Content corrections: a link to the article and the passage in question.
• Everything else: questions, suggestions, partnership inquiries — just write.

What we can't do

We can't provide official GPA determinations, admissions predictions, or counseling — your school counselor and the universities themselves are the right sources for decisions that count. Our guides cover the general questions.
